You can eat unlimited
All kinds of meat: pork, beef, mutton, bacon, ham, dry sausages, etc.
All kinds of fish: tuna, salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring, etc.
All kinds of poultry: chickens, geese, ducks, game, etc.
Seafood: contain very little carbohydrate, it is desirable to look at the package.

Cheeses: all types of cheeses contain from tiny to large carbohydrate content, so you need to read the information on the packaging.
