What is the Tuna Fish Diet?

Lunch:
1 egg cooked in a steep, 1 toast, 1 cup of black coffee or tea.
Dinner:
200 gr. tuna, 100 gr. carrots, 100 gr. cauliflower, 100 grams. Melon, 50 ml. vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of black coffee or tea.
