Tomato Juice Diet

Tomato juice stabilizes metabolic processes in the body. In tomato juice contains a large amount of citric acids. The organic form of these acids is extremely useful and plays a leading role in metabolism.

Tomato juice diet menu
Breakfast: 1 cup of tomato juice with 2 pieces of rye bread spread a thin layer of oil or 0.5 cups of nonfat cottage cheese with fruit salad.

Lunch: 1 cup tomato juice, 0.5 cups of cooked rice with some vegetables and for dessert, raw or baked apple, or 150 grams of cooked lean fish, cucumber salad, tomato and lettuce leaf, sprinkle 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and for dessert – 100 g of grapes.

Dinner: 100 grams minced beef, seasoned with pepper and herbs, a few mushrooms stewed with onions, 2 small boiled potatoes or 0,5 boiled chicken breast without skin, boiled with vegetables and 0.5 cups of boiled rice.

    I agree completely with tomato juice diet but i have one question – i have a stone in my kidney so is this the right way to loss weight through tomato juice diet?
