Lunch: 100 grams of oatmeal in water or milk, 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 cup of milk
Evening meal: 1 pear, 1 yogurt.

Tips and advice.
During the milk diet you should reduce physical exertion and the time to stop playing sport. When you sit on a milk diet, try to take a bath more often. Therefore, you can remove the stress from feeling hungry. Water will wash away all that is derived from the organism.
