Why is a healthy diet important?
A healthy diet – is varied and tasty food. A healthy diet includes a variety of products from major groups: proteins (meats, eggs and beans), dairy products, fruits and vegetables, grains (bread, pasta), fats and sweets (carbohydrates). Thus, the complete exclusion from their diet, such as carbohydrates (bread, pasta, cereals, etc.) can not be considered a healthy diet.
There are many opinions about what diet is healthy. For the majority opinion, a healthy diet should include less fat, sugar and more carbohydrates.
