Spanish diet reduces weight gradually. This effective diet does not include fast weight loss: weight loss happens slowly, without undue stress to the body. Spanish diet is designed for two weeks. During the diet is forbidden – sugar, chocolate, alcohol, cream, cakes, white bread.
Sample daily menu of Spanish diet:
