Green vegetables stabilize blood sugar levels. It is recommended to combine them with any food rich in proteins, fats or carbohydrates in order to reduce overall caloric portions. Green diet must include enough protein and essential fatty acids.
Breakfast: Oatmeal on the water with grated apple, lemon juice, crushed nuts and a small amount of honey. A glass of kefir or yogurt.
Second breakfast (10 hours): a glass of fruit juice or a few raw vegetables, preferably green.
Lunch: salad of raw vegetables, green, boiled egg, a glass of fruit juice.
Dinner: Fish, stewed cabbage. A piece of wholemeal bread.
Due to the fact that almost all the products in your diet contains fewer calories than we spend on their digestion, the weight will go away fairly easily. For 5 days you can throw off up to 4 pounds without much harm to the organism. But to sit longer on a green diet is not recommended.
Green day diet advantages
Starve on this diet do not have: most green products rather substantial. Just do not overeat – plump you, of course, still does not succeed, but run the risk of stomach stretch.
Green day diet disadvantages
Many green products will be a heavy burden on your stomach. Cabbage, beans, and sorrel is particularly difficult to digest, so by the end of dietary weeks you can begin constipation and bloating.
Exercise during such a diet is almost useless. Better not to spend excessive force and to give up time from regular classes.
