Broccoli shake.
You will need:
1 broccoli
1 / 3 cup boiling water or chicken broth
1 / 3 cup cream
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped basil
ground black pepper to taste, salt, grated cheese Parmesan.
In a saucepan put broccoli, salt and pour boiling water, then cook on low heat 5-7 minutes. Cool the soup. Pour the it in the bowl of a blender, add basil, cream, sprinkling finely grated cheese.
