Peaches and their useful properties.
Peaches have diuretic and laxative effect, good for the skin, increasing the protective properties of the epidermis.
Peaches improve blood circulation, promote the flow of oxygen to the tissues.
It contains organic acids: tartaric, citric, tartaric, mineral salts such as potassium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium and magnesium. Peaches are rich in good complex of vitamins: vitamin C, vitamin B, E, K, PP, and carotene. The structure also includes peach pectin and essential oils.
Peach contain 80-90% water, 6-14% sugars, including sucrose, 5-10, pectin – 0,5-1,2%, vitamin C – 9,4-20 mg%, carotene – 0, 6-1,0 mg%.
The menu for each day of peach diet
Breakfast: tea or coffee can with skim milk or one cup of nonfat yogurt, one peach, three crackers or toast with cereals, a couple of teaspoons of jam. Drink to mineral water or green tea.
Lunch: vegetable stew (150 gr.) And for him to choose from:
• pasta with tomato sauce (60 oz.)

• Three times a week – fresh fruit (mainly peaches).
