    First day: milk, fruit and vegetable
    A meal:
    200 gr. Yogurt (1.5%)
    1 banana (200 gr.)

    2 meals:
    100 gr. Cottage cheese (nonfat)
    200 gr. Apples
    200 gr. Kefir
    TOTAL: 320 calories.

    3 meals:
    200 gr. Sour milk (2%)

    100 gr. Mandarin
    TOTAL: 332 calories.

    4 meals:
    Cottage cheese (low-fat) 100 gr.

    TOTAL: 205 calories.

    Five meals:
