Lunch. 1 grapefruit, celery salad with white cabbage, seasoned with sour milk and vinegar, tea or water.
Dinner. 1 egg, hard boiled, 140 g of cottage cheese with paprika and caraway seeds, 100 g grated carrots with lemon juice.

Friday

Breakfast. 2 oranges, a cup of tea or coffee.
Lunch. 2 boiled egg whites, 100 g boiled parsley, tea or coffee.
Dinner. 200 g of boiled chicken, lettuce.

Saturday

Breakfast. 2 oranges, a cup of tea or coffee.
Lunch. 200 g fruit salad of apples, oranges, grapefruit and nuts.
Dinner. 150-200 g boiled fish, 60 g of stewed mushrooms, tea or coffee.

Sunday

Breakfast. 2 oranges, a cup of tea or coffee.
Lunch. 100 g of cottage cheese with beaten raw egg, vegetable broth with garlic.
Dinner. Fruit salad, yogurt.
