Grape Diet

grape dietThe grape diet is a fast diet that helps you lose weight. Grapes help cleanse the body of toxins and other harmful substances, improve cardiovascular and circulatory system, stabilizes fat metabolism, normalizes the composition of gastric juice.

The grape diet enrich your body with vitamins B1, B2, B6, D, E, PP, C, F, and with all necessary substances.

Menu grape diet
Day 1
Breakfast: 100g muesli with dark grapes, oranges..

Day 2
Breakfast: beat blender with 150-200 grams of low-fat yogurt and 1st. of lemon juice, add 150g of grapes.
Lunch: 5 tablespoons of rice, 100 grams of grapes, 5-6 small pieces of shrimp.
Dinner: 100g of potato stew with vegetables (carrots, celery root, leek), and 50g of dark grapes.

Daily calories: 750-800 calories

Day 3
Breakfast: bread of coarse flour, cut in half and spread with a large layer of cheese curd or cheese, and top halves of the partition grapes (up to 50g).
Lunch: 300g of boiled fish, stewed sauerkraut 150g and 50g of grapes (along with a dish of stewed).

The volume of food must comply 800-850 calories

Advantages:
