First day – only mineral water without gas – up to 5 liters.
Second day – grapefruits or oranges (up to 2 kg);
Third day – apples (2 kg);
Fourth day – any fresh juice (up to 2 liters);
Fifth day – 1% of kefir (up to 2 liters);
Sixth Day – pineapple;
The Seventh Day – mineral water without gas;

In the remaining days of the week the German diet need to eat normally
