General Motors diet (GM Diet) was created for GM employees in 1985. Outside the corporation the diet is not advertised, but now, after almost 20 years, she has become fashionable in Southern California.
General Motors 7 Day Diet Plan
During these days you must abstain from all alcohol. You should drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. You can drink black tea and black coffee without sugar. In the water you can add a slice of lemon or lime. Fruit juices can be drunk only on the seventh day.

First day: any fruit except bananas.
Second day: any vegetables, raw or thermally processed. Vegetables Soup.
Third day: fruits (except bananas) and vegetables (excluding potatoes) of your choice, in any quantity.
Fourth day: Bananas and milk plus a vegetable soup. No more than eight bananas and no more than three glasses of milk.
Fifth day: You will eat beef and tomatoes. The beef is for proteins and iron, the tomatoes are for digestion. On this day, drink more water to excrete uric acid.
Sixth day: meat and vegetables in unlimited quantities.
Seventh day: brown rice, fruit juices and any vegetables of your choice.
If you want to continue to lose weight, try the diet after three days.
