Fractional Diet

Fractional diet is designed for people with a strong will, because it is very long. The greatest effect is not expected before next month, and even a half.

The first five days of the fractional diet need to eat strictly by the hour, then ten days – as usual, the only limiting itself to the flour and sour, then another five days on the clock, ten – as usual, and so on.

Over five days of the fractional weight loss diet pa 3-5 kg, and the purpose of the next ten days – to fix the results.

Fractional diet – a diet for five days:

7.00 – a cup of tea or coffee;
9.00 – salad of grated carrots with lemon juice;
11.00 – any fruit;
13.00 – 100 gr. boiled meat or freshwater fish, a slice of grain bread with 10 grams. butter;
15.00 – boiled egg, or 100 gr. cheese, 100 gr. Cheese
17.00 – salad of any vegetables;
19.00 – 10 pcs. steaming of dried fruit;
21.00 – a glass of nonfat yogurt.
