Cottage cheese diet belongs to the category of the universal method to lose weight without feeling hunger. Cottage cheese diet is used for obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis and hypertension, circulatory failure, liver and biliary tract.

Four times a day to eat 100 g of fresh non-fat cottage cheese with wheat bran food. Cottage cheese goes well with honey, fruit, berries and vegetables, so it is desirable to add to the food in each serving.

From the daily dose of cottage cheese (400 g) cottage cheese casseroles can be cooked with addition of fruits, dried fruits or vegetables. In fruit pudding is no need for sugar, and vegetable – in the salt. At breakfast and dinner are advisable in addition to drink a glass of kefir or broth hips.

Cottage Cheese Diet N2
Cheese-kefir diet – 60 g of cottage cheese 9% fat-term and 1 cup of milk, 5 times a day.

Cottage Cheese Diet N3
Eat 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with two glasses of kefir in 5 receptions.
