    Hello,

    I’ve heard about this diet, that it’s very effective and good, but it’s designed for women, because with this diet you can get many women hormones. Is that true?

    Hu,
    so i see that it says u lose like 3-4 kilos in 3-4 days, so does that mean that in 7-10 days ideally u would lose 5+kg? also, i see that the diet includes other foods including potatoes and honey, if i only intend on eating the carrots by themselves will i lose more??

    It does work, but you must be very careful and avoid hidden carbs. I took a vitamin C tablet every day the first week that had 17.5 g of carbs. Some days I took two thinking this would help. That is 37 g right there and the limit for the first 2 weeks is 20 g a day. I still lost weight but not as much. The next week I started using a different vitamin brand and am losing much faster now. If you have tried other diets and failed, give this one a shot. It is almost foolproof.

    If I combine the carrot diet with cucumbers will it work just as well? I plan to eat only carrots, lemon juice, a table spoon of honey and cucumbers.
