Reducing buckwheat diet
The diet lasts for one day. It can be repeated after three days. The diet helps to cleanse the body of toxins and regulates metabolism. Throughout the day you should eat only buckwheat porridge. To the food did not seem too fresh, you can add to the porridge onion, vegetable oil or a little honey. You may drink unsweetened tea or stewed fruit.
Buckwheat is rich in trace elements (magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium,) and vitamins (B1, B2, B6, PP). Also it contains a lot of protein and very little carbohydrates.
