When the disease helps fish oil, so patients need to eat more oily fish or take special dietary supplements. In osteoarthritis prescribed a balanced diet that contains many antioxidants and vitamins C and E, contained in vegetables, fruits and other plant products.

Diet for arthritis is very important.
Breakfast: omelet from 2 eggs, eat 5-6 tablespoons of buckwheat porridge and drinking a glass of tea with milk, no sugar. For 2 hours before dinner to eat 2-nd breakfast: baked apple without sugar, 5 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch should consist of small dish vegetarian borscht without salt, 100 g of boiled meat and bananas.
At dinner during acute rheumatism 6 tablespoons mashed potatoes and 150 g of boiled fish, a glass of tea with lemon, but without sugar.
