ABS Diet Food

Abs diet is fully consistent with the principles of healthy eating, it includes products of various types. The peculiarity of the ABS diet is that it you will never feel hungry.

All products are divided into three groups:
Red Food Color: on this diet you need to opt out of them, do not use them ever in any form. Among them – any fast-food, white bread, mayonnaise, milk, pastries and cakes with cream, fatty meats, ice cream and all the sweet fizzy drinks, pastries made from dough.

Yellow Food Color: which we can eat and drink before six in the evening. We can eat – pasta, cereals, lean meat, any lean meat, including poultry, chocolate, caramel and candy, cheese and cottage cheese, fruits and dry fruits, pickles, spices, ketchup, coffee.

Green Food Color: they can be used at any time, in any quantities. And among of them are so useful foods: a variety of seafood, cabbage, boiled fish, cucumbers and greens, various green salads, carrots, apples, citrus fruits, unleavened bread, buckwheat, unsweetened and low-fat yogurt, kefir, olive, and any other vegetable oil.
