The new method, developed by the dietitian, does not imply severe restrictions on food. Lemon diet simply advises to keep normal food – do not overdo. The main product for you must be a lemon – its juice, pulp and peel.
Lemon diet is not suitable for people with high acidity. At best you risk getting heartburn, at worst – an ulcer. And secondly, exercise, you still can not be avoided.
7 Rules Lemon Diet
1. Every morning, drink lemon juice, diluted with hot water.
2. Eat fruits and vegetables 4-5 times a day. One apple or, for instance, carrots would be sufficient.
3. Add to soups and salads fine skin of a lemon. Meat and fish when cooking required sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Try to eat less sugar. And do not forget that he may be hiding even – white rice, potatoes, white bread and corn.
5. Do not exclude fats from your diet. Look for products containing omega 3 and omega 6, – this is nuts and oily fish. Avoid butter products and red meat
6. Give up on canned food, try to have only fresh products.
7. Do not hurry: eat regularly, with intervals of 3-4 hours. If after dinner you feel that you are still hungry, be patient for 20 minutes: your brain is simply not had time to process information and send the body to signal that you are full.
