SLIMMING TIP #5: Metabolism. Increase your metabolism by as much as forty percent by eating hot food. Studies have shown that hot food increases your metabolism. For best results, replace the mayonnaise or mustard, add pepper, to increase your metabolism.

SLIMMING TIP #6: Caffeine. To lose weight quickly reduce the consumption of caffeine. Caffeine increases the insulin in the body, which slows down the burning of calories. Reduce caffeine intake by 50% and see what happens.

SLIMMING TIP #7: Aerobics. Aerobics. Studies have shown that burning fat faster if you perform aerobic exercise on an empty stomach.

SLIMMING TIP #8: Do not eat, if you are not hungry!

SLIMMING TIP #9: Do not buy in the store too much food. So you’ll often go to the store. Buy only what you need.

    Could you please tell us one study for tip #4? I find it hard to believe that hot food is increasing your metabolism, since there are so many people trying to do that for years the trainings, healthy food and discipline and they still don’t succeed.
